How Prorum works
From finding a service to reviewing your request, with clear next steps.
Choose a service and location
Search for an industry or task and enter the postal code or locality where the service is needed. The map and GPS are optional.
Describe your needs
Add your request and contact details. Review the information and consent choices before sending.
Personal review
Prorum reviews the request and clarifies the next steps. A request is not a booking or an acceptance by a company. Scope, price and timing are agreed in subsequent contact.
Questions about your request
What happens after I send a request?
Prorum records and personally reviews your request. The confirmation page shows your reference number. Forwarding is controlled; a request is not yet a booking.
How can I change a request I have sent?
Contact Prorum with your reference number if available and explain the change. Avoid sending the same request more than once.
Do I have to use GPS?
No. A postal code or locality is enough. You can also choose a point on the map. GPS is requested only after your consent; the map shows the service location, not available companies.
What if there is no suitable company?
Change the industry or location if appropriate. You can submit a request for review, but company availability is not guaranteed.
