This privacy notice describes data processing in the current operation of Prorum.ch.

Data processed for requests
For a request, we process name, email, optionally phone, message, chosen category, optional service, region/city, optional additional fields, and consents.
Requests are not published publicly.
Profiles and provider data
Provider profiles contain structured directory data such as name, region, categories, status and service area.
Displayed information is based on available profile data and may be reviewed in the listing process.
Provider applications, company accounts and controlled profile change requests may be processed for onboarding, review and security.
Admin, assignment and delivery
Requests can be reviewed, triaged and manually assigned to selected providers by Prorum.
Providers may receive controlled action links; automatic email delivery is not currently the standard path.
Technical and security-related audit logs may be stored for traceability.
Cookies and analytics
Currently no production analytics or cookie tracking solution is active.
No cookie banner is shown as long as no tracking is implemented.
Storage and rights
Retention periods follow a provisional baseline and will be finalised before a broader rollout.

Full FADP/GDPR compliance is not claimed; a final legal review is required.
Map and optional location lookup
Locality suggestions come from the official Swiss locality directory and are loaded from Prorum. The homepage map is provided by swisstopo and loads when displayed. The map service receives connection data needed to deliver it, including your IP address. This does not request your device location.
GPS is requested once, only after your explicit choice and browser permission. GPS coordinates or selected map points are sent to geo.admin.ch to determine the postal code. Prorum does not store these coordinates; only the selected postal code and confirmed locality are included in the request. Manual entry remains available without GPS or a map.
